Physician Recruitment Email Sourcing
We Handle Everything and Send You The Leads.
At Barlow/McCarthy we are deeply familiar with the role of the in-house recruiter. Too many requisitions and not enough doctors or time! We work hard to find ways to ease the burden of in-house recruiters, taking on tasks that take extra time and are often forgotten. When it comes to sourcing, getting your bulk emails sent out on a regular basis for all your searches is incredibly important…. and time consuming! We want to help! We’ve built in an email system specifically for physician recruitment, sending thousands of email blasts for our clients over the past 10 years. Let us take over your email sourcing, leaving you more time for all the rest of your important tasks.
Your Needs. Our Support.
We are looking forward to speaking with you and hearing your story. Please send any questions or a request for a conversation to: tbarlow@barlowmccarthy.com.
How does it all work?
Our sourcing service is built to support in-house recruiters. All our messaging is sent on your behalf. We step in as a member of your team and market your opportunities directly to the candidates.
We have built our process to differentiate from the search firms. We are not a search firm! We work to source physicians on your behalf so that you can handle the other responsibilities that go along with recruiting physicians. We have found one message per month to be optimal and so that is our starting point. We can work with you if you need a more frequent email. We work on a monthly retainer, there are no long term contracts and no placement fees.
Messaging
Let us use our expertise to put together a sound messaging campaign for your searches.
Starting with just a job posting we often have enough to put together an excellent message. We will put together a personalized message that highlights your opportunity, your hospital and your area, we will then share it with you for approval. Once we have the base message we will make small changes each month to keep things fresh. We will also optomize subject lines each month.
Lists
We work with a number of different vendors to provide resident and practicing physician lists.
Over the years we have developed beneficial relationships with a number of list vendors. We will work with those vendors and you to create an excellent outreach list for your campaigns. We facilitate the purchase of the data and pass the cost straight through to you. We then filter and maintain the lists on your behalf. If you already have lists available we are happy to use those as well.
Message Launch
Once the message is approved and our list is ready, we will send your message.
Using our proprietary system we will launch your message, manage and pass along leads and handle all the bounces and unsubscribes. All messages appear to be coming from your team. To the physician candidates it is a seamless connection from our messaging to your follow up. We can do basic filtering of the leads as well, but leave the interviewing and vetting to you and your team.
Reporting
We know how important reporting is to your team. At the end of each month we will put together a comprehensive report.
Along with the standard reporting items like Opens, Clicks, etc. While we will be sending candidates in real-time as the respond we also provide a list of prospects that replied at the end of each month. This allows you to track and continue to follow up directly with your prospects.
What’s it cost?
We think you will be surprised at how affordable our email sourcing product is.
Because we have built this product internally our costs are low and we are excited to pass that along to our clients. Agreements are month to month with no long term contracts, no set up fees and no placement fees. You simply pay a monthly retainer for our services for as long as you need us. Send me an email or give me a call to learn more about pricing.
